HOW DO I PAY?
Payment is possible through PayPal or bank transfer. The way of payment can be chosen when placing the order.
The order needs to be paid before shipping.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we do & it is free of charge!
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description or communicated by email.
Once your order has been processed, the average transit times are as followed.
Switzerland: 1 - 3 business days
International: 7 - 14 business days
Express shipping is available upon request and additional fee.
HOW & WHEN CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
We are extremely proud of the quality of our products we sell and they receive thorough checks before getting sent to you. If for any reason you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within a week of purchase and before wearing the product. All returns and claims must be authorized by TO RESTORE US via email.
You may receive an 75% refund of your product price once the item has been returned in its original condition. Any used or altered product will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please collect your tracking information and secure the package appropriately. Allow 1-7 business days for the refund.
We do not offer returns for change of mind, so please make sure this is a bracelet that you'll love. As everything is handcrafted, we are confident that you'll love your goodies!
Items that are custom made or listed in the sale section are considered a final sale & are not returnable.
